We are boutique roasters of 100% Fair Trade coffee beans. We are mad about coffee and specialise in small batch roasting so you can enjoy the freshest coffee available. We source top grade arabica green beans then carefully roast each single origin to bring out its full flavour. We have developed our own roasting profiles for each bean we roast allowing us to consistently produce great tasting coffee!

This is our signature blend used in our cafe. Three origins from central and South America combine to produce a strong, smooth espresso with great body, sweet spiced aroma and soft acidity. 100% Fair Trade organic of course!

It wasn't a difficult decision for us. We believe in socially and environmentally responsible business. Although coffee is a highly sort after product in the western world, developing countries do not earn their fair share of this trade. Fair trade sets fairer trading terms with producers in the developing world and improves their livelihoods, enabling them to develop greater self-reliance and self-determination for their communities. We buy and roast fair trade coffee because we feel good about supporting the social, economic and environmental well being of disadvantaged small producers.
